Refund Policy

At LuxBeam, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
